We strive for transparency in our services. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Digital Products (Notes/Courses): Due to the nature of digital content which is accessible immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds on digital products. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.
- Consultation Services:
- A 100% refund is applicable if a session is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the session.
- Duplicate Payments: In case of accidental double payment due to technical errors, the extra amount will be refunded within 5-7 working days.
